Over de functie In de functie als operator bij Oerlemans Plastics in Giessen ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons unieke maakproces van korrels tot talloze mooie verpakkingsproducten. Hierbij kun je denken aan onder andere duurzame diepvrieszakken voor frites of recyclebare potgrondverpakking welke je terugvindt in de tuincentra. Met zo'n 270 collega's beleveren we dagelijks duizenden klanten over heel de wereld. Om dit snel en goed te doen, werken we in een 3 ploegendienst. Je werkt afwisselend in een vroege, late en nacht shift. Als operator kom je te werken in een saamhorig team van circa 10 collega's. Er is veel diversiteit binnen Oerlemans Plastics. Vrouwen en mannen. Jong en oud. Jouw leidinggevende? Die is echt part of the team, want samen bereik je de beste resultaten. Daarnaast heerst er echte 'Brabantse gezelligheid' op de afdeling. En niet heel onbelangrijk hebben we een personeelsvereniging die elke keer weer voor wat lekkers en leuks zorgt. Als jij ons team komt versterken als operator, rekenen we op jou als het gaat om het: - voorbereiden van geplande productieorders aan de hand van een werkopdracht; - instellen van machines; - bewaken van het productieproces en het controleren van de kwaliteit en de output; - registreren van de productie en data in ons ERP systeem; - samen met je collega's de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en eindproducten te verzorgen; - bijpraten van je collega's bij de ploegenwisseling over de lopende zaken.
