Je werkt 40 uur per week in 3 ploegendienst, leert het vak in de praktijk en wordt persoonlijk begeleid door een ervaren collega uit jouw eigen ploeg. Kortom: een mooie kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen én goed te verdienen! Over de functie Als operator zorg jij er samen met je ploeg voor dat het productieproces soepel blijft draaien. Je werkt met moderne machines en leert stap voor stap het volledige productieproces kennen. - Je stelt productielijnen in en bouwt machines op voordat de productie start. - Je controleert tijdens de productie of de machines goed functioneren en het proces volgens planning verloopt. - Je neemt regelmatig productmonsters en controleert of de kwaliteit aan de juiste eisen voldoet. - Je signaleert afwijkingen in het proces en stemt deze af met de kwaliteitsafdeling. - Je merkt storingen op en leert om kleine storingen zelf op te lossen. Bij complexere storingen werk je samen met de technische dienst. - Je reinigt en desinfecteert de machines na een productieronde met behulp van een geautomatiseerd reinigingssysteem. - Je werkt volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Je werkt samen met ongeveer 15 tot 20 collega's binnen jouw ploeg. - Je wordt ingewerkt door een vaste collega uit jouw ploeg, zodat je altijd weet bij wie je terechtkunt met vragen. - Je leert steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig uitvoeren en ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap tot een volwaardig operator. - Je draagt aan het einde van je dienst de belangrijkste bijzonderheden over aan de collega van de volgende ploeg.
