Als Operator Verpakking / Lijnverantwoordelijke bij Prinsen Berning in Helmond ben jij de spil op de afdeling verpakking van hoogwaardige active nutrition en poedervormige sport- en dieetproducten. In een vast 3-ploegenrooster stuur je productiemedewerkers aan de lijn aan en bewaak je een soepele, storingsvrije doorstroom. In deze rol combineer je hands-on machinebediening met leiderschap en kwaliteitsbewaking. Je bouwt lijnen zelfstandig om bij receptuur- en formaatwissels, stelt vul- en verpakkingsmachines fijn af en verhelpt eerstelijns mechanische en processtoringen direct. Daarnaast voer je preventief onderhoud uit, borg je de strikte voedselveiligheidsnormen (HACCP) en coach je jouw lijncollega's om samen de dagelijkse doelen te overtreffen. Dankzij het 3-ploegenrooster (maandag t/m vrijdag) profiteer je van een royale 25% ploegentoeslag en heb je standaard elk weekend vrij . Jouw werkzaamheden: - Zelfstandig bedienen, instellen, ombouwen en finetunen van geavanceerde afvul- en verpakkingslijnen. - Operationeel aansturen, instrueren en motiveren van productiemedewerkers aan jouw lijn. - Signaleren, analyseren en praktisch verhelpen van acute mechanische en technische storingen. - Uitvoeren van gepland preventief onderhoud, reiniging en inspecties van de machines en installaties. - Controleren, bewaken en registreren van kwaliteitsnormen en hygiënerichtlijnen (HACCP / voedselveiligheid). - Zorgdragen voor een strakke lijnplanning, tijdige formaatwissels en een vlekkeloze ploegoverdracht.
