Als Vorming Operator bouw je productielijnen op, controleer je machines, hygiëne en kwaliteit, en signaleer je storingen en afwijkingen volgens HACCP en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Bruto uurloon €16,50-€18,00, 12,5% ploegentoeslag, 3% eindejaarsuitkering en fase A contract met uitzicht op indiensttreding. - 40 uren per week - tussen €2800 en €3500 per maand - Uitzendbasis, uitzicht op vaste dienst Heb jij ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en wil je werken in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie? Zoek je een functie waarin techniek, kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid samenkomen? Dan is deze functie als Vorming Operator iets voor jou! Als Vorming Operator zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijn volledig gereed is voor productie. Aan de hand van een planning en duidelijke werkinstructies bouw je de lijn stap voor stap op met de juiste machines en onderdelen. Vervolgens controleer je nauwkeurig of alles correct gemonteerd, schoon en veilig is voordat de productie start. Na de opstart bewaak jij het proces en controleer je continu of de producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen. Je houdt hierbij onder andere het gewicht, de vorm en de uitstraling van het product goed in de gaten. Wanneer er een storing of afwijking ontstaat, onderneem jij direct actie en schakel je waar nodig de juiste collega's in. - Opbouwen en instellen van productielijnen volgens planning. - Controleren van machines, onderdelen en hygiëne vóór productie. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op product en proces. - Signaleren van technische storingen en afwijkingen. - Werken volgens HACCP en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving. - Een bruto uurloon van €16,50 tot €18,00. - 12,5% ploegentoeslag over ieder gewerkt uur. - Vast werkrooster in 2 ploegendienst: ochtend 06:00 tot 15:00, avond 15:00 tot 00:00. - Een eindejaarsuitkering ...
