Je komt terecht in een hecht team binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, waar jouw inzet direct zichtbaar resultaat oplevert. Functieomschrijving Als Operator ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het productieproces. Je werkt met moderne productiemachines en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je werkt in een hecht team binnen een dynamische omgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Bedienen en bewaken van geavanceerde productiemachines - Instellen, ombouwen en afstellen van machines - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en signaleren van verbeterpunten - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen - Werken volgens HACCP-richtlijnen - Samenwerken binnen een compact en betrokken team - Werken in een 3-ploegensysteem (ochtend, middag, nacht) - Flexibel omgaan met extra diensten wanneer nodig Functie eisen Je bent technisch sterk, denkt vooruit en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit voorop staat. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur in de foodsector - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het instellen en afstellen van machines - Betrouwbare en loyale werkhouding - Fysiek in goede conditie (veel bewegen en traplopen) - Je kunt werken in een warme productieomgeving - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken - Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal Voorwaarden Je werkt in een moderne en toekomstgerichte omgeving met uitstekende voorwaarden.
