Machines instellen, proces bewaken en kwaliteit controleren. Salaris tot €3.700 incl. ploegentoeslag. Wat ga je doen? Als operator foodproductie ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat de machines soepel blijven draaien. Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, techniek en samenwerking samenkomen. Jij bewaakt het productieproces, stelt machines correct af en zorgt dat de producten voldoen aan de juiste specificaties. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en nauwkeurige werkwijze blijft het proces stabiel en veilig. - Voorbereiden van mengsels en ingrediënten volgens receptuur - Bedienen en afstellen van productiemachines - Bewaken van het productieproces en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Zelfstandig verhelpen van kleine storingen - Registreren van productiedata en procesgegevens - Werken volgens HACCP-, 5S- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen - Samenwerken met collega's om productiedoelen te behalen Wat bieden wij? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.400 en €3.700 incl. ploegentoeslag - Vaste 3-ploegendienst (maandag t/m vrijdag, weekenden vrij) - Kwartaalbonus bij niet ziek zijn - 25 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband - Reiskostenvergoeding conform CAO - Interne opleidingen, waaronder Operator A en/of B - Fietsplan, fitnessvergoeding en personeelskortingen Dit neem je mee Je bent een praktisch ingestelde operator die graag met machines werkt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie - Technisch inzicht en leergierige instelling - Nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en kwaliteitsgericht - Teamspeler met een proactieve houding - Bereidheid om te werken in een vaste 3-ploegendienst Over het bedrijf Je werkt in een grote productieorganisatie binnen de voe...
