The posting

Ben je op zoek naar een afwisselende baan in een stabiele en familiale steenfabriek in Lanaken? Voor familiebedrijf Nelissen Steenfabrieken zoeken wij gemotiveerde medewerkers voor de nabewerking van gevelstenen. Deze stenen vormen de basis voor prachtige gebouwen, en jouw inzet is hierbij een belangrijke schakel.

Je wordt tewerkgesteld in de CCD-hal waar je afwisselend één van deze taken zal uitvoeren:

  • Coaten: Je staat in voor een perfecte afwerking van de gevelstenen door ze van een laatste coatinglaag te voorzien. Je maakt het coatingproduct aan volgens receptuur, bedient de machine, legt de stenen op de machine en stapelt ze ordelijk na de coating. Je spoelt de installatie zorgvuldig na gebruik.
  • Stapelen: Je stapelt stenen op maat van de klant en stelt pakketten samen in unieke mixen. Je sorteert stenen.
  • Strippen zagen: Je bedient de strippenzaag. Deze zaag is voorzien van geavanceerde technologie om precisiewerk af te leveren. Jij legt de stenen op de zaag en haalt de gezaagde strips er weer af. Je leert de machine afstellen en kleine storingen te verhelpen. Je zet de afgewerkte pallets met de heftruck op de juiste plaats (we voorzien intern een heftruck-opleiding).
  • Trommelen: Je geeft de stenen een verweerde look door ze samen met de substantie (volgens juiste receptuur) in de trommelinstallatie te gooien. Nadien stapel je de stenen en vervoer je de pallets met een heftruck (we voorzien interne een heftruck-opleiding).
