Je werkt met moderne installaties, bewaakt de kwaliteit en draagt actief bij aan technische verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? - Bedienen en bewaken van productiemachines - Instellen, ombouwen en afstellen van machines - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en verbeteren waar nodig - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen - Werken volgens HACCP‑richtlijnen - Actief samenwerken binnen een compact, betrokken team - Werken in een 3‑ploegensysteem - Flexibel inzetbaar voor extra diensten wanneer dit nodig is

Functie eisenJe voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan. Jij werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en bent iemand waarop het team kan bouwen. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Operator, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met instellen/afstellen van machines - Betrouwbare en loyale werkhouding - Goede fysieke conditie (veel bewegen en traplopen) - Kunnen werken in een warme productieomgeving - Bereidheid tot 3‑ploegendienst - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en teamspirit - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
