Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de aluminiumindustrie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde Operator. Dit internationale productiebedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de productie en verwerking van hoogwaardige aluminiumproducten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt in diverse industriële sectoren. Dankzij voortdurende investeringen in mensen en machines krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een toekomstgerichte industrie.

Jobomschrijving

Voor deze functie als Operator Gieterij speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces en draag je dagelijks bij aan de vervaardiging van kwaliteitsvolle aluminiumproducten.

  • Laden van de smeltoven met een heftruck
  • Controleren van grondstoffen en voorbereiden van het gietproces
  • Nemen en analyseren van staalmonsters in samenwerking met het automatische labo
  • Nauwkeurig opvolgen van het gietproces en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en samenstelling van het gesmolten metaal
  • Registreren van procesgegevens en rapporteren aan de teamleider
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van gietinstallaties en smeltovens
  • Verwijderen van restanten uit gietbakken na elk gietproces
