Functieomschrijving

Voor een snelgroeiend en ambitieus bedrijf in Duffel zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Operator Gieterij.

Volgende taken zal je uitoefenen:

  • Laden van de smeltoven met een heftruck
  • Controleren van de grondstoffen en voorbereiden van het gietproces
  • Nemen en analyseren van staalmonsters in samenwerking met het automatische labo
  • Nauwkeurig opvolgen van het gietproces en ingrijpen bij afwijkingen
  • Controleren van de samenstelling en kwaliteit van het gesmolten metaal
  • Registreren van procesgegevens en rapporteren aan de teamleider
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van de gietinstallaties en smeltovens
  • Verwijderen van restanten uit de gietbakken na elk gietproces
  • Strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en het minimaliseren van contact met vloeibaar aluminium
