Jobomschrijving

Ben jij niet bang om je handen vuil te maken en voel jij je thuis in een industriële omgeving?Als Operator Gieterij werk je mee aan de eerste stap van het productieproces. Je staat in voor het verwerken van grondstoffen tot hoogwaardige aluminiumblokken.

  • Begeleiden van het smeltproces van aluminium
  • Controleren en opvolgen van productie-installaties
  • Verwijderen van onzuiverheden tijdens het proces
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Werken volgens strikte veiligheidsprocedures
  • Samenwerken met collega's in een industriële productieomgeving

Belangrijk:Dit is een fysiek uitdagende functie. Je werkt regelmatig in een warme omgeving met temperaturen die kunnen oplopen tot 40 à 50°C.Er zijn voldoende rustmomenten voorzien, maar kandidaten moeten bewust kiezen voor een industriële werkomgeving waar fysieke inspanningen deel uitmaken van de job.

  • Je hebt ervaring in productie, metaal, bouw of zware industrie
  • Veiligheid komt bij jou altijd op de eerste plaats
  • Fysiek werk ga je niet uit de weg
  • Je bent bereid om in een volcontinu systeem te werken (doorlopend 4-ploegensysteem)
  • Je hebt technische interesse en leert graag bij
  • Stabiliteit en engagement vind je belangrijk
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werk

Ervaring met heftruck, rolbrug of industriële machines is een plus, maar geen must.
