In deze functie ontwikkel je jezelf tot een echte specialist in glasproductie en werk je dagelijks met geavanceerde machines. Samen met een hecht team zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces efficiënt, veilig en soepel verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien . Functieomschrijving Als Operator 5-ploegen ben jij onmisbaar in het productieproces. Je houdt je bezig met: - Uitvoeren van mechanische controles en het snel oplossen van storingen. - Afstellen, bedienen en onderhouden van machines. - Bewaken van de productkwaliteit en uitvoeren van controles. - Monitoren van glasvormingsprocessen en bijsturen waar nodig. Functie eisen Wat breng jij mee? - Ervaring als operator of een technische achtergrond (bijvoorbeeld autotechniek ). - Een afgeronde technische opleiding is een pluspunt. - Passie voor techniek en de motivatie om te blijven leren. - Je bent zowel een teamspeler als zelfstandig inzetbaar.
