Dit bedrijf opereert binnen de food-sector en specialiseert zich in de productie en verwerking van zuivelproducten binnen een gestructureerde en veilige productielocatie. Jij bent bezig met vaste productieprocessen gericht op kwaliteitsbewaking en procesoptimalisatie om consistent hoogwaardige producten te leveren. Medewerkers krijgen gedegen werk- en productietrainingen en kunnen zich ontwikkelen in technische en logistieke taken binnen de maakindustrie. Jij bedient installaties, transporteert en plastificeert, etiketteert en verricht expeditiewerk in het pakhuis, waarbij veiligheid en hygiëne centraal staan. De sfeer is gericht op samenwerken over disciplines heen en op het continu verbeteren van processen en werkinstructies. Deze functie biedt praktische opleidingsmogelijkheden en kansen om vaardigheden uit te breiden in zowel technische bediening als logistieke afhandeling. Functie-inhoud - Jij controleert en optimaliseert het productieproces op de grootverpakkingsafdeling. - Jij bedient en bewaakt verpakkings- en etiketteermachines en voert productiewerkzaamheden nauwkeurig uit. - Jij transporteert en plastificeert producten en zorgt voor correcte registratie van vrachtbrieven en administratieve afhandeling. - Jij signaleert storingen en draagt verbetervoorstellen aan bij de technische dienst en procesleiding. - Jij werkt mee op de expeditie en in het pakhuis en bedient de heftruck voor interne transporttaken. - Jij voert eenvoudige eerstelijns onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, zoals het verhelpen van mechanische blokkades en het vervangen van fuses of sensoren binnen jouw bevoegdheden.

Functie-eisen - MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau. - Aantoonbare ervaring als operator of vergelijkbare technische ervaring in de maakindustrie. - In het bezit van een geldig heftruckcertificaat. - Bereidheid om te werken in een tweeploegendienst (ochtend en middag). - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Basiskennis van Engels en goede co
