Functieomschrijving: Als operator in Harderwijk ben jij de bewaker van het productieproces. Je bedient moderne installaties en houdt de kwaliteit van de producten nauwkeurig in de gaten. Zie je een kleine fout of een afwijking? Dan grijp je direct in om het probleem op te lossen. Je voert regelmatig controles uit aan de machines om te zien of alles nog goed werkt. Ook schrijf je productiegegevens op en denk je mee over slimme verbeteringen in de fabriek. Je werkt in een 2 ploegendienst. Zo heb je ook overdag tijd voor jezelf. Je krijgt hulp van ervaren collega's om alle technieken snel onder de knie te krijgen.
