Uitzendbureau Manpower is op zoek naar een operator voor een werkgever in Heerhugowaard.

Als operator ga jij je bezig houden met de volgende werkzaamheden:

- Bedienen en instellen van machines

- Controleren van het productieproces

- Bewaken van de productieplanning om een soepele voortgang te garanderen

- Waarborgen van kwaliteit volgens HACCP-, GMP- en BRC-richtlijnen

- Opsporen en oplossen van storingen, zowel klein als groot

Dit krijg je

- Brutosalaris van € 3.000,- tot € 3.300,- per maand

- 25% ploegentoeslag over al jouw gewerkte uren

- Reiskostenvergoeding € 0,23 per kilometer

- Fulltime baan van 40 uur per week

- Uitzendcontract via Manpower (met kans op contractuele overname bij goed functioneren)

- Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via Manpower Academy (meer dan 200 online trainingen)

- Pensioenopbouw via Manpower

- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in verband met werkzaamheden

- Doorzettingsvermogen en een harde werkersmentaliteit

- Nauwkeurigheid en de drive om je werk goed te doen

- Oog voor verbetering en de motivatie om ideeën te delen met je collega’s
