Operator - Duurzame Recycling

Ben jij een gedreven operator in de regio Lanaken die ervoor zorgt dat recyclingprocessen soepel verlopen? Wil je werken in een duurzame omgeving waar jouw bijdrage echt telt? Heb je ervaring met het laden van bigbags en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles? Dan hebben wij de perfecte uitdaging voor jou!

Als operator in ons team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënte verloop van onze recyclingprocessen. Deze voltijdse functie biedt je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamische organisatie waar teamwerk en innovatie centraal staan.

  • Ben je in het bezit van een geldig heftruckcertificaat?
  • Spreek je goed Engels en bij voorkeur ook Nederlands?
  • Ben je in staat om kleine storingen zelfstandig op te lossen?

In jouw rol ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Je houdt je bezig met het tijdig aan- en afvoeren van verschillende producten.
  • Je zorgt voor het goede verloop van de was- en maallijnen.
  • Je laadt bigbags in vrachtwagens en maakt bestellingen klaar voor verzending.
  • Je voert proces- en kwaliteitscontroles uit om de hoogste standaarden te waarborgen.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek.
  • Je signaleert verbeterpunten en bespreekt knelpunten met de ploegleider.
  • Je lost kleine storingen op, terwijl je grotere storingen doorgeeft aan de onderhoudsdienst.

Wie zoeken wij? Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunt werken. Met jouw technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen ben je in staat om kleine storingen zelf aan te pakken. Wij verwachten van jou:

  • Een proactieve houding en motivatie om de beste prestaties te leveren.
  • Een vanzelfsprekende aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Een geldig heftruckattest.
  • Basiskennis van het Engels; kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
