Voor een hightech productieomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Operator HIP die wil werken in een tweeploegendienst. Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een modern en technologisch vooruitstrevend productiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in warmte- en oppervlaktebehandelingen van metalen onderdelen. Binnen deze organisatie werken circa 65 medewerkers samen aan hoogwaardige processen waarbij materialen specifieke eigenschappen krijgen of met elkaar worden verbonden via gespecialiseerde technieken. Functie Als Operator HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de productieapparatuur voor een van de nieuwste processen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst en speelt een belangrijke rol in het bewaken, controleren en optimaliseren van het productieproces. Werkzaamheden: - Bedienen van de HIP-apparatuur en ovens. - Zorgdragen voor juiste belading en vulgraad van de installaties. - Controleren en monitoren van processen vóór, tijdens en na productie. - Actief bijdragen aan continu verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen. - Uitvoeren van lichte eerstelijns onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. - Uitvoeren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden volgens 5S-methodiek. - Invullen van productie- en controle formulieren. - Melden van storingen, afwijkingen en kwaliteitsproblemen. - Ondersteunen bij andere warmtebehandelingsprocessen indien nodig. - Correcte administratieve afhandeling van werkzaamheden. Functie-eisen - MBO 3/4 werk- en denkniveau. - Afgeronde technische opleiding. - Ruime ervaring als (proces)operator in een productieomgeving. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk). - Zelfstandig, proactief en kwaliteitsgericht kunnen werken. - In bezit van een heftruckcertificaat. - Basis...
