Als houtbewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je staat in voor het correct instellen en bedienen van de schaafmachine en zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot en kwalitatief verloopt.

Met jouw technische kennis, oog voor detail en passie voor hout lever je producten af waar je trots op kan zijn. Je komt terecht in een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en teamwork centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als houtbewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal instellen en bedienen van de schaafmachine. Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

✅ Het correct afstellen en bedienen van de schaafmachine. ✅ Het monteren van messen aan de schaafkoppen met uiterste precisie. ✅ Het zorgvuldig positioneren van het hout op de band en opvolgen van het productieproces. ✅ Snel en efficiënt ingrijpen bij technische storingen. ✅ Het controleren van afgewerkte stukken en verwijderen van afwijkingen of niet-conforme producten. ✅ Het uitvoeren van productiehandelingen volgens technische fiches en instructies. ✅ Het monteren en correct positioneren van gereedschappen en geleiders. ✅ Het seleteren van het juiste sturingsprogramma en controleren van machineparameters. ✅ Het toezien op de correcte werking van veiligheidsvoorzieningen.

🔹 Je hebt ervaring binnen de houtbewerking en weet hoe je een schaafmachine moet bedienen. 🔹 Kennis van tropisch hout is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. 🔹 Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail. 🔹 Je beschit over mechanisch inzicht en bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken. 🔹 Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid. 🔹 Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt graag met kwalitatieve materialen. 🔹 Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om te werken in dagdienst of een 2-ploegenstelsel.
