The posting

Als operator van de rollercoatinglijn zorg je ervoor dat houten gevelbekleding en parketvloeren de juiste laag lak of olie krijgen. Je stelt de lijn correct in, volgt het productieproces op en controleert voortdurend het eindresultaat. Je leert de machines en het volledige proces stap voor stap kennen en krijgt daarin opleiding op de werkvloer. Een praktische technische job voor iemand die graag zelfstandig werkt en trots is op het resultaat dat hij of zij aflevert.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt de coatinglijn in volgens de houtsoort, het product en het gewenste eindresultaat en je regelt onder andere laagdikte, walsdruk, snelheid en borstels bij
  • Je volgt de productieplanning en zorgt ervoor dat de orders van de dag correct en op tijd worden afgewerkt en je controleert het hout tijdens het proces op kleur, glans, dekking en algemene afwerking
  • Je stuurt de instellingen bij wanneer je merkt dat het resultaat niet helemaal juist zit en je volgt het onderhoud van de lijn op en zorgt voor een goede reiniging
  • Je wisselt walsen en volgt onder andere de UV-lampen op en je lost kleine technische storingen zelf op

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde productieomgeving waar houten gevelbekleding en parketvloeren worden behandeld en afgewerkt. Je werkt in een klein team waarin iedereen dicht bij elkaar staat en waarin je rechtstreeks kunt overleggen wanneer dat nodig is. De productiehal is modern uitgerust en er wordt sterk ingezet op een kwalitatieve afwerking. Je krijgt de kans om de machines en het proces echt te leren kennen en op termijn zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over je eigen lijn.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (TSO/BSO) of gelijkwaardige ervaring en ervaring als machineoperator in een productieomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met houtbewerking, coating, een lakstraat, walslijn of drukkerij is mooi meegenomen en je hebt interesse in hout en materialen
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt kleine problemen zelfstandig aanpakken en je denkt mee over hoe het proces beter of efficiënter kan
