The posting

Voor een warm Brabants bedrijf in de houtbewerking, in de regio Oss's en Hertogenbosch, zoeken we een Machinaal Houtbewerker (operator) voor Fulltime 40 uur. In deze rol bewerk je hout en houtproducten met (semi)geautomatiseerde en handbediende machines en maak je onderdelen voor kozijnen, ramen en deuren. Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkplek. Wat ga je doen? Als Machinaal Houtbewerker (operator) ben je een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Jij zorgt dat houten onderdelen nauwkeurig worden gezaagd, geschaafd en gefreesd, precies volgens tekening en werkopdracht. Je stelt machines correct in, controleert maatvoering en kwaliteit en schakelt met de productieleider bij afwijkingen. Veilig en netjes werken staat centraal. Wat ga je doen? Technische tekeningen en werkopdrachten lezen en vertalen naar de juiste bewerking.

Hout en materialen voorbereiden: meten, aftekenen en controleren van instellingen.

Machines instellen en bedienen (o.a. Zaag-, schaaf- en freesmachines) en het proces bewaken.

Maatvoering en kwaliteit controleren, corrigeren/bijsturen waar nodig en IKB-richtlijnen volgen.

Afwijkingen of materiaal-/machineproblemen signaleren en overleggen met productieleider/voorman.

Werkplek en machines schoon, veilig en netjes houden; (klein) onderhoud uitvoeren en productiegegevens/documentatie bijhouden.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een groeiend Brabants maakbedrijf in de houtbewerking in de regio Oss en 's Hertogenbosch. De sfeer is informeel en collegiaal: korte lijnen, samenwerken en trots op het eindproduct. Binnen de organisatie is er veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een efficiënt productieproces. Wie ben je? Je bent woonachtig in de regio Nijmegen, 's Hertogenbosch, Oss, Tiel of Wijchen

MBO-2/3 werk- en denkniveau.

Technisch inzicht en ervaring/affiniteit met machinale houtbewerking.
