Functie

Voor onze klant in Kluisbergen, gaan we op zoek naar operatoren voor in 2-ploegenstelsel.

Jij als operator staat in voor het produceren van veiligheidslaarzen:

  • Je krijgt een gedegen opleidingsperiode, waarbij je na 6 maanden alle verschillende taken onder de knie zal hebben.
  • Jij staat in voor het bemannen van een constant draaiende machine.
  • Je zal de verschillende onderdelen aanbrengen; denk maar aan kous erover trekken, stalen tip bevestigen, zool bevestigen..
  • De laars wegnemen van de machine, plaatsen op het rek en voorzien van eerste kwaliteitscontrole.
  • De machine zal je reinigen zodat die klaar is voor het aanmaken van de volgende laars.
  • Afhankelijk van de automatisatie werk je alleen, of met 2 personen aan de machine. Maar je zit met zo'n 8 à 10 personen in een ploeg. Gezellig toch!

Profiel

De ideale operator kan dit afvinken;

  • Jij hebt een eerste ervaring als operator en bij voorkeur heb je toch wat technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren (6 maanden opleiding om alles te beheersen)
  • Je kijkt er naar uit om iedere dag topproducten te maken!
  • Flexibiliteit zit in jou: samenwerken met je collega's en bijspringen waar nodig
  • Je kan je zelfstandig verplaatsen tot in Kluisbergen.
  • Je kan zeer kwaliteitsgericht werken!
  • Rechtstaand werk is geen probleem voor jou, net als het omgaan met het behalen van productiedoelstellingen.
  • Je zoekt een job op lange termijn in 2-ploegenstelsel.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands of goede kennis Engels.
