Voor een wereldspeler en innovator in de glasindustrie, zoeken we een gedreven en technisch ingestelde Operator in 5-ploegen (volcontinue). Als spilfiguur op de afdeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlekkeloos laten verlopen van de snijlijn. Je combineert het instellen en bijsturen van hightech machines met het fysieke transport van glaselementen. Zoek jij een gevarieerde job? Dan is dit jouw kans!

  • Achtergrond: Je beschikt over een TSO-diploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt een grote passie voor techniek.
  • Veiligheidsbewust: Je zet veiligheid, precisie en kwaliteit in alles wat je doet op de allereerste plaats.
  • Problem-solver: Je denkt in oplossingen, pakt technische uitdagingen proactief aan en bewijst je wendbaarheid bij onverwachte wijzigingen op de vloer.
  • Teamplayer: Je bent sociaal, communiceert helder en draagt graag bij aan een goede verstandhouding onder collega's.
  • Proces- & Machinebeheer: Je stelt de productielijn in het snijcentrum nauwkeurig in, volgt het snijproces op en stuurt de instellingen bij waar nodig.
  • Kwaliteit & Rendement: Je voert tussentijdse kwaliteitschecks uit op het glas en bewaakt continu het rendement en de output van de lijn.
  • Intern Transport: Je zorgt voor een veilig en efficiënt transport van de gestapelde glasplaten met behulp van de heftruck en de rolbrug.
  • Veiligheid & Orde: Je werkt strikt volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften en zorgt voor een propere, georganiseerde werkplek.
