SEC DEC - Security & Detektei mit Sitz in 8232 Grafendorf bei Hartberg sucht: 1 OPERATOR/IN in der Notruf-Service-Leitstelle am Standort 8232 Grafendorf oder 8324 Kirchberg an der Raab (je nach Wohnsitz)

BESCHREIBUNG:

In der Funktion als Operator in der Notruf Service Leitstelle übernimmst Du die Abarbeitung von eingehenden Meldungen auf der gesamten Empfangsperipherie und arbeitest diese gemäß hinterlegten Interventionsplänen ab. Ebenso gehört die Beobachtung auf unserem Videoleitstand sowie die Entgegennahme von telefonischen Anfragen von Kunden zum täglichen Ablauf. Bist du im Anlassfall multitaskingfähig bzw. stressresistent und findest immer klare Worte zur Problemlösung - dann ist das deine Chance!

Meine AUFGABEN:

* Abarbeitung von eingehenden Meldungen

* Beobachtung von Vorgängen am Videoleitstand

* Meldungsverteilung gemäß Interventionspläne per Mail & Call

* Kontrolle und Bedienung der Leitstandsoftware

* Überwachung der Brandmelde- und Gefahrenmeldeanlagen

* Verwaltung von kundenrelevanten Daten und Unterlagen

* Schlüsselverwaltung

* Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Gefahrenabwehr

* Steuerung und Anleitung von Interventionsmaßnahmen sowie mobilen Einsatzkräften

* Dokumentation der Abläufe

* Auftragsabwicklung bzw. Beschwerdemanagement

* Kundenbetreuung

* Erstellung von Kundenberichten, Reports und Dienstanweisungen

* Übernahme von operativen Diensten als Revier bzw. Alarmfahrer

Meine QUALIFIKATIONEN:

* einwandfreier Leumund (keine Vorstrafen)

* Bereitschaft für Wochenend- und Nachtdienste

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung

* Versierter Umgang mit MS Office bzw. technischen Geräten

* hohes technisches Verständnis

* Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

* Organisationstalent und Freude an der Kommunikation mit verschiedensten Instanzen

* Lösungsorientiert und Eigeninitiative

* Führerschein B + eigener PKW
