Als Operator giet je in onze gieterij in Kerkrade van aluminium schroot de billets die onze zusterbedrijven verder verwerken. DE FUNCTIE E-MAX Billets is een gieterij waar van aluminium schroot ronde palen (billets) worden gegoten. Dit is een halffabricaat welke bestemd is voor onze zuster extrusiebedrijven in België en Duitsland. Als operator functioneer je allround binnen de context van de 4 deelfuncties; lader, gieter, billet transporteur en zager. Je komt te werken in een kleine ploeg van 9 personen die onder leiding staan van een Shiftleader en bij afwezigheid de Assistent - Shiftleader. WAT GA JE DOEN? - Deelfunctie lader: verrichten van productiewerkzaamheden gericht op het beladen van de ovens en het bewaken van het smeltproces. Bij het beladen van de ovens wordt gebruik gemaakt van een verreiker, wiellader en/of heftruck. - Deelfunctie gieter: verrichten van werkzaamheden ten behoeve van het gieten van aluminium billets waaronder het bedienen van de gietinstallatie, het nemen van monsters en het bedienen van de bovenloopkraan. - Deelfunctie billets: stapelen en vervoeren van billets met de bovenloopkraan en het bedienen van de homogeniseer ovens. - Deelfunctie zager: instellen en bedienen van de zaaginstallatie inclusief het transport van de billets en verwerken van het zaagafval. WAT BRENG JE MEE? - Als je in het bezit bent van een heftruckcertificaat dan is dat mooi meegenomen. Rij ervaring op een verreiker en/of wiellader en ervaring met het bedienen van een bovenloopkraan is een pré. - Bij voorkeur enige ervaring met het werken in een zwaardere industrie. - Je hebt geen moeite met temperatuurverschillen (hitte) . - Je beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
