The posting

Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Weert zijn we op zoek naar een fulltime meewerkend operator, die affiniteit heeft met de foodbranche. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces en de bijbehorende lijnen. Dus ben jij iemand die processen kan doorgronden en heb jij geen problemen met fysieke werkzaamheden? Je werkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit:

- Opbouwen en ombouwen van productielijnen; - Het productieproces bewaken; - Productiemedewerkers aansturen en opleiden (2 á 3); - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren; - Wegen van kazen en bijhouden van registratie; - Het opzetten van (eenvoudige) rapportages; - Overleg met voorwerker i.v.m. planning, kwaliteit en efficiëntie; - Alle overige voorkomende productiewerkzaamheden.

- Je beschikt over een MBO werk- en/of denkniveau; - Heb je ervaring met verbeteringen doorvoeren? Dan is dit een voordeel! - Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift i.v.m. de veiligheidseisen; - Je hebt geen problemen met het aansturen van collega's en het houden van overzicht over het proces; - Je beschikt over de juiste werkmentaliteit en staat open voor positieve feedback; - Je bent bereid om in twee- en drie ploegen te werken, aangezien dit wisselt.
