Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verlopend productieproces van hoogwaardige bakkerijproducten Functieomschrijving Als operator binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie houd jij je bezig met: - Het verhelpen van operationele storingen en het bijsturen van het productie- en verpakkingsproces. - Het begeleiden en instrueren van collega's op onderdelen van het proces. - Het deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten binnen de productie. - Het controleren en registreren van werkzaamheden. - Het adviseren van teamleiders en collega's over procesverbeteringen. - Het waarborgen van veiligheid en kwaliteit. - Het instellen, ombouwen en proefdraaien van machines en het signaleren van afwijkingen. - Het schoon en georganiseerd houden van de werkomgeving.

Functie eisen Functie-eisen - Kennis van hygiënevoorschriften binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Ervaring als operator; ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré. - Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles. - Technische storingen zelfstandig kunnen oplossen. - Snel kunnen schakelen bij afwijkingen in het proces. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het kunnen begeleiden van collega's.

Voorwaarden Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Zoetwarenindustrie. - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.815,- en €3.110,- exclusief ploegentoeslag. - 19% ploegentoeslag bij werken in een 3-ploegendienst. - Bruto maandsalaris inclusief ploegentoeslag tussen €3.350,- en €3.700,-. - 36-urige werkweek. - Pensioenregeling. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - 25 vakantiedagen. - Parkeergelegenheid. - Bedrijfsfitness.
