Zoek jij als operator een veelzijdige functie met veel vrijheid, écht mechanisch sleutelwerk buiten het seizoen én de zekerheid van een vast contract? In de regio Kortemark ligt er een mooie kans klaar bij een gedreven, groeiend familiebedrijf in de groenten- en fruitsector. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je komt terecht in een transparante no-nonsense omgeving waar gezond verstand, zelfstandigheid en echt vakmanschap centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als operator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de volledige verwerkings- en sorteerafdeling. Tijdens het drukke oogstseizoen waak je over het continue verloop van de verwerkingslijnen, waar op piekmomenten tot wel 45 ton wortelen per uur verwerkt wordt. Je bedient de industriële was- en sorteerinstallaties, controleert de kwaliteit en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig.

Zodra het seizoen is afgelopen, verandert jouw takenpakket grondig: je richt je op het preventief onderhoud, de revisie en het herstel van het complete machinepark. Je sleutelt actief mee aan de installaties om ze klaar te stomen voor de volgende campagne. In rustigere periodes werk je regelmatig buiten op het terrein en spring je flexibel bij op aanpalende afdelingen. Binnen dit familiebedrijf ben je geen passieve knoppendrukker, maar een echte aanpakker die bepalend is voor de continuïteit.

Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt al ervaring opgedaan als (technisch) operator in een industriële omgeving. Je houdt van praktisch buitenwerk, ziet werk liggen en weet van aanpakken. Zelfstandigheid en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je stelt je flexibel op naar taken en uren, zeker tijdens de drukke piekperiodes. Heb je ervaring met het besturen van een wiellader of vrachtwagen? Dan is dat een mooi meegenomen troef voor deze vacature.
