Functieomschrijving

Als Operator Industrie ben je actief in de verwerking van babywortelen en zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Tijdens het seizoen werk je in een dynamische omgeving met grote productiestromen, terwijl je buiten het seizoen meewerkt aan onderhoud en optimalisatie van de machines.

Jouw taken:

  • Toezien op het correcte functioneren van waslijnen en sorteermachines
  • Controle van de productkwaliteit en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Samenwerken met collega-operatoren om een vlotte productie te garanderen
  • Beslissingen nemen bij storingen of afwijkingen
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren buiten het seizoen
  • Flexibel meewerken in andere afdelingen bij kalmere periodes

Dit is praktisch en hands-on werk in een robuuste industriële omgeving waar inzicht, handigheid en technische kennis onmisbaar zijn.

Wij zoeken een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke operator die van aanpakken weet.

Jouw profiel:

  • Technisch inzicht en praktische instelling
  • Ervaring als (technisch) operator, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring met wiellader of vrachtwagen is een plus
  • Zelfstandig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht
  • Houdt van fysiek werk en ziet wat er moet gebeuren
  • Bereid om in verschillende afdelingen mee te werken bij drukte of kalmte
