Functie-inhoud - Jij stelt de inpaklijnen in en bouwt ze om zodat orders correct en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd. - Jij bedient en stuurt de inpakmachines en bewaakt continu de productkwaliteit. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op verpakkingen en registreert productiegegevens volgens de procedures. - Jij signaleert afwijkingen en verhelpt kleine storingen; bij grotere storingen stem je af met de technische dienst. - Jij werkt in een ploegenteam, begeleidt nieuwe collega’s en draagt bij aan een veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving. Functie-eisen - MBO-3 werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig diploma. - Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur op een inpakafdeling in de food-sector. - VAPRO B is een pré; motivatie en een leergierige houding worden ook gewaardeerd. - Technisch inzicht en basismechanische vaardigheden om kleine storingen te verhelpen. - Kwaliteitsbewustzijn en nauwkeurigheid bij het uitvoeren van controles en registreren van gegevens. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken en samen te werken in een team. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
