The posting

Als operator inpak zorg jij ervoor dat de productie op rolletjes verloopt. Je checkt de machines en onderhoudt deze. Ook bouw je machines om en los jij storingen op met jouw technisch en mechanisch inzicht. Met jouw kennis van techniek en HACCP werk jij altijd volgens kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.

Daarnaast dompel jij je onder in de wereld van chocolade en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de machine die pepernoten en koekjes voorziet van een chocoladelaagje. Het bedrijf in Harderwijk produceert nostalgische likkoekjes en biscuits in verschillende kleuren en smaken. Een groot deel van de pepernoten die in Nederland verkocht worden, komen uit deze fabriek!

Je werkt in de 3-ploegen met werktijden van 06:00 tot 14:00, 14:00 tot 22:00 en van 22:00 tot 06:00. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt mbo 2/3 werk- en denkniveau en al ervaring als operator of in de food of productie; - Je hebt kennis van mechaniek en techniek, als jij overweg kunt met Microsoft Office is dat een pre; - Je hebt kennis van HACCP en spreekt Nederlands en Engels; - Je bent communicatief sterk, kunt goed samenwerken en bent kwaliteitsbewust; - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in de 3-ploegen en kunt zelf op de zaak komen.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris van operator tussen de € 2.680 en € 3.200 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur en afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring in de productie, food en techniek; - Een fulltime baan in de 3-ploegen bij een uniek bedrijf; - Je komt terecht in een hecht team in de productie en techniek; - De mogelijkheid om jezelf hier optimaal te ontwikkelen in de food; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf; - Uitzicht op een vast contract!
