Samen met jouw machine zorg je dat al ons snoepgoed perfect verpakt de deur uitgaat. Je bedient de inpaklijn, lost kleine storingen op en zorgt dat alles vlot verloopt. Een afwisselende job waarin techniek en kwaliteit centraal staan!

Wij zoeken een technisch talent dat van aanpakken weet en rustig blijft onder druk.

  • Technische achtergrond: Je beschikt over recente ervaring als operator of hebt een zeer sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Zelfstandigheid: Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en volgt vastgelegde procedures en processen nauwgezet op.
  • Computervaardigheden: Ervaring met of de bereidheid om te werken met digitale systemen (zoals Objective) is een absolute must.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je handelt snel en accuraat, staat open voor feedback en bent leergierig om jezelf verder te ontplooien.
  • Veiligheid & Hygiëne: Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en draagt veiligheid en hygiënisch werken hoog in het vaandel.

In deze rol draag je de zorg voor het volledige inpakproces. Jouw takenpakket is veelzijdig:

  • Machinebeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte werking van de inpakmachine en het efficiënt gebruik van inpakfolie.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je voert nauwkeurige metingen en analyses uit op de inhoud en verpakking, en registreert deze gegevens in het systeem Objective.
  • Technisch Onderhoud: Je analyseert technische storingen en maakt het onderscheid tussen kleine defecten (die je zelf oplost) en grote defecten (die je rapporteert aan de technische dienst).
  • Ombouw & Hygiëne: Bij productiewissels bouw je de machine zelfstandig om. Daarnaast houd je de machine en de werkomgeving strikt conform de hygiënevoorschriften schoon.
