Operator Inpak - 3-ploegen - Tilburg Job Location Tilburg , Netherlands Job Description Dit is een functie voor een ervaren operator in de foodsector in Tilburg. Je werkt met moderne verpakkingslijnen en hebt een sleutelrol binnen het team. Deze baan past bij jou als: Je in Tilburg wil werken; Je ervaring hebt met verpakkingsmachines in de food (multivac, flowpack, deeptrek is een grote pré); Je meerdere lijnen zelfstandig kunt draaien; Je overzicht houdt in een dynamische omgeving; Je collega's kunt begeleiden en motiveren. Bij Dutch Bakery in Tilburg zorg jij als Senior Operator dat onze high care en ompaklijnen optimaal draaien. Jij kent het verpakkingsproces door en door, stuurt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt collega's op de werkvloer. Wat je gaat doen als Senior Operator? Je stelt machines in en bouwt de lijnen ook om; Je bedient zelfstandig meerdere verpakkingslijnen; Je lost (kleine) storingen op; Je bewaakt kwaliteit, rendement en veiligheid; Je werkt met high care (flowpack en dieptrek) én ompaklijnen; Je begeleidt en helpt collega operators. Werktijden Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst met een ideaal schema voor lange weekenden. Nachtdienst: 22.00 - 06.00 uur Middagdienst: 14.00 - 22.00 uur Ochtenddienst: 06.00 - 14.00 uur Wat krijg je van ons? Een fijne werksfeer in een klein team; Een goed salaris van €20,65 - €22,53 bruto per uur excl. toeslagen; Extra ploegentoeslagen (34% - 100%) en overwerktoeslagen (125% - 150%); Een stabiele baan. Je start met een jaarcontract, maar krijgt al snel uitzicht op een vaste plek; 25 vakantiedagen (2 extra na één jaar 3-ploegendienst), met de mogelijkheid verlof te kopen/verkopen; Opleidingen via onze Dutch Bakery Academy; Leuke extra's zoals sportregeling, fietsplan en productkorting.
