Operator Inpak (30-38 uur per week) Techniek, kwaliteit en verpakkingsprocessen Wil jij werken in een moderne industriële bakkerij waar wekelijks miljoenen broodproducten worden verpakt voor duizenden verkooplocaties in Europa? Heb je technisch inzicht, oog voor kwaliteit en krijg je energie van een soepel lopend verpakkingsproces? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

De rol: De spil van het verpakkingsproces Als Operator Inpak bij Bakkerij Braas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bewaken en bijsturen van onze verpakkingslijnen. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten correct, efficiënt en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen worden verpakt.

Je werkt met moderne verpakkingsmachines en geautomatiseerde installaties en speelt een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van productkwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen weet je afwijkingen tijdig te signaleren en op te lossen.

Wat ga je doen?

- Instellen, opstarten en ombouwen van verpakkingslijnen.

- Bewaken en bijsturen van verpakkingsprocessen en machine-instellingen.

- Controleren van verpakkingskwaliteit, coderingen, etiketteringen en productspecificaties.

- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van bevindingen.

- Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van afwijkingen binnen het verpakkingsproces.

- Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en eenvoudige technische werkzaamheden.

- Verhelpen van kleine storingen en tijdig inschakelen van de Technische Dienst bij complexere problemen.

- Controleren van de beschikbaarheid van verpakkingsmaterialen en hulpmiddelen.

- Registreren van productiegegevens, kwaliteitsmetingen en afwijkingen.

- Werken volgens HACCP-, IFS-, kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.

- Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en het voorkomen van verspilling.

- Samenwerken met collega's van Productie, KAM, Bedrijfsbureau en Technische Dienst om het verpakkingsproces optimaal te
