Jij werkt samen met meerdere teams aan dagelijkse ombouwwerkzaamheden, productwissels en het signaleren en oplossen van technische storingen zodat de verpakkingslijnen optimaal blijven draaien. De werkplek vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, hygiënebewustzijn en het vermogen om snel te schakelen bij veranderingen in de productieplanning. Deze organisatie biedt mogelijkheden om ervaring op te doen binnen de maakindustrie en door te groeien richting technisch onderhoud of teamcoördinatie voor medewerkers die verantwoordelijkheid willen nemen en zich verder willen ontwikkelen binnen de productieomgeving. Functie-inhoud - Jij stelt verpakkingsmachines in en voert ombouwwerkzaamheden uit voor productwissels als Operator Inpak. - Jij monitort en bewaakt procesparameters en metaaldetectie en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen. - Jij controleert doosinhoud, leesbaarheid van etiketten en het aantal dozen per pallet en stuurt bij in overleg met de teamleider. - Jij lost eerstelijnsstoringen op en voert kleine technische interventies uit om de lijn draaiende te houden. - Jij werkt op meerdere (3) verpakkingslijnen in een voedselveilige, semi-continue en grotendeels geautomatiseerde productieomgeving met PLC-gestuurde verpakkingsmachines en HMI-bediening waarbij jij eerste lijn onderhoud uitvoert bij knelpunten en mechanische blokkades en ernstige elektrische storingen meldt aan de technische dienst. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare opleiding richting techniek of productie. - Enige ervaring in.
