Jij bedient productielijnen en optimaliseert deze met aandacht voor voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en constante kwaliteitscontroles. De productieomgeving werkt volgens strikte HACCP-richtlijnen en vereist dat jij reinigings- en controleprocedures nauwkeurig uitvoert. Jij bedient verpakkingsmachines, verhelpt eerstelijns storingen en registreert productiegegevens om traceerbaarheid en consistentie te waarborgen. Werken in deze rol vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, technische basiskennis en het vermogen om in ploegendienst te functioneren. De organisatie biedt een stabiele werkomgeving in de maakindustrie en investeert in opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling zodat jij technische vaardigheden en kennis van voedselveiligheid verder kunt uitbouwen. Functie-inhoud - Jij stelt, monitort en past de inpaklijn aan om productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te behalen. - Jij bedient en start verpakkingsmachines en voert productiehandelingen uit; als Operator Inpak bewaak je continu de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. - Jij controleert verpakkingsgewichten, etikettering en voert visuele en meetkundige kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Jij signaleert en verhelpt eerstelijns storingen en werkt samen met technische collega’s om stilstand te beperken en productie te herstellen. - Jij voert reinigings- en hygiëneprocedures uit volgens HACCP-voorschriften en rapporteert afwijkingen direct aan de teamleider. - Jij documenteert productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens en draagt actief bij aan verbeterprojecten om processen te optimaliseren. Functie-eisen - MBO 3 of MBO 4 denkniveau, bij voorkeur afgeronde opleiding in een technische of procesgerichte richting. - Ervaring met inpakwerkzaamheden of werken aan productielijnen binnen de food-sector. - Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid of bereidheid om hierin te certificeren. - Technische basiskennis om eenvoudige storing.

- MBO 3 of MBO 4 denkniveau, bij voorkeur afgeronde opleiding in een technische of procesgerichte richting. - Ervaring met inpakwerkzaamheden of werken aan productielijnen binnen de food-sector. - Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid of bereidheid om hierin te certificeren. - Technische basiskennis om eenvoudige storingen zelf te verhelpen en productie-instellingen aan te passen. - Proactieve werkhouding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; jij meldt direct afwijkingen aan de teamleider. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Beschikbaarheid voor werken in een 3-ploegendienst.
