Deze organisatie opereert binnen de food-sector en richt zich op het verpakken van bakkerijproducten. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde productielijnen en hanteert strikte voedselveiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt en bewaakt de verpakkingslijnen en voert taken aan de inpaklijn uit. - Je bedient en optimaliseert flowpack- en deeptrack-lijnen. - Je stelt machines in, controleert THT-gegevens en bewaakt productkwaliteit en hygiëne. - Je lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op en schakelt technische ondersteuning in wanneer nodig. - Je ondersteunt bij het inwerken van nieuwe collega’s en geeft aanwijzingen aan het productieteam. - Je monitort PLC-gestuurde processen en past receptinstellingen en parameters aan binnen de gestelde richtlijnen. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals reinigen, smeren en eenvoudige afstellingen en escaleert complexe storingen naar de technische dienst of de ploegleider. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator in een food- of productieomgeving. - Ervaring met inpakmachines en verpakkingsprocessen. - Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om kleine storingen te verhelpen. - Nauwkeurig werken met aandacht voor voedselveiligheid en hygiëne. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken en parttime beschikbaarheid van 3 of 4 dagen per week. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Wij bieden - Salaris tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen plus 2 extra vakantiedagen bij ploegenwerk. - Toeslagen voor avond- en nachtdiensten en overwerk volgens ploegentarief. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en interne trainingen om technische vaardigheden te versterken. - Netto reiskostenvergoeding voor gewerkte dagen. - Extra’s zoals voordelig sporten, een fietsplan en korting op bedrijfsproducten. - Opleidingsbudget van €1000 per jaar voor externe en interne cursussen. - Bedrijfskleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PPE) worden verstrekt.
