The posting

Als inpakoperator stuur jij het verpakkingsproces van de kleinbroodlijn aan. Je houdt de machines draaiende, lost kleine storingen snel op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van elk product dat van de band komt. Jij zorgt dat de juiste verpakking en clippen worden gebruikt en dat het proces vlot en veilig verloopt.

Samen met jouw team maak je de bollen inpakklaar, vult de vakken zodat de lijn kan blijven doorlopen en voert regelmatige kwaliteitscontroles uit. Je werkt actief samen met collega’s, geeft tijdig signalen door en schakelt wanneer nodig met de technische dienst. Dankzij jou blijft het tempo hoog en de output constant.

Ervaring is niet nodig, jouw collega's leren je alles. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, meestal vier dagen per week, met aantrekkelijke toeslagen op doordeweekse dagen en op zaterdag. Je kunt tegen het tempo van een industriële bakkerij en voelt je thuis in een hecht team met ruimte om door te groeien.

De toeslagen zien er als volgt uit:

Maandag t/m vrijdag

- 06:00 – 18:00 uur = 100% - 18:00 – 00:00 uur = 134% - 00:00 – 04:00 uur = 137% - 04:00 – 06:00 uur = 134%

Zaterdag

- 00:00 – 04:00 uur = 137% - 04:00 – 18:00 uur = 134% - na 18:00 uur = 200%

In verband met de werkhoogte is het belangrijk dat je minimaal 1.65m lang bent. Verder:

- Ben je een echte teamplayer en werk je nauwkeurig; - Ben je flexibel en fulltime beschikbaar van maandag tot zaterdag; - Spreek je goed Engels of Nederlands.
