De functie vraagt ervaring met keuringen, kwaliteitscontroles en het correct instellen van machines binnen een procesomgeving. De organisatie besteedt aandacht aan continue verbetering van processen en aan het trainen van medewerkers om vakbekwaamheid en veiligheid te waarborgen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en controleert machines in de eindfase van de productie als Operator Inpak Nabewerking. - Je stelt verpakkings- en nabewerkingsmachines correct in en voert afstellingen en kleine storingsoplossingen uit. - Je voert keuringen en kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens HACCP- en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Je verwerkt handmatige en machinale nabewerkingen zoals snijden, lamineren en flowwrap-verpakken volgens procedures. - Je registreert productiegegevens, signaleert afwijkingen en rapporteert deze aan de ploegleider. - Je werkt in een food-grade omgeving met productie van zowel halffabricaten als eindproducten, zoals verpakte consumptiegoederen en componenten voor de maakindustrie. - Je bedient en bewaakt drie productie- en verpakkingslijnen in een locatie met circa 150 medewerkers en meestal 3 tot 5 operators per dienst. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het o.

- MBO-niveau 2 of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Werkervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Kennis van en werken volgens HACCP- en voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Basiskennis van het afstellen en bedienen van productiemachines. - Nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn bij controles en keuringen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, basiskennis van Engels is een pré.
