Binnen de compacte productielocatie in Heerhugowaard werken teams samen aan de volledige productieketen van voorbereiding tot verpakking en verzending. De rol van Operator Inpaklijnen biedt een praktijkgerichte functie waarbij je dagelijks met apparatuur en verpakkingslijnen werkt en verantwoordelijk bent voor het waarborgen van kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Functie-inhoud - Je start, stelt in en stelt af de inpaklijnen. - Je stuurt collega's aan en begeleidt het verpakkingsproces. - Je bereidt verpakkingsmaterialen voor volgens de productieorders en controleert aantallen en kwaliteit. - Je signaleert en lost kleine storingen en eerstelijnsproblemen op aan de lijn. - Je ondersteunt bij productwissels, leegdraaien en dagelijkse schoonmaakactiviteiten. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit aan verpakkingsmachines, zoals het verhelpen van mechanische vastlopers, vervangen van transportbanden en eenvoudige elektrische handelingen, en registreert kwaliteitsmetingen en productiegegevens digitaal. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Aantoonbare ervaring als operator inpaklijnen, bij voorkeur in de food-sector. - Kennis van HACCP en BRC/IFS standaarden. - Vaardig in het instellen en afstellen van verpakkingsmachines. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en leidinggevende capaciteiten. - Kritische instelling, oog voor kwaliteit en oplossingsgericht werken. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2800 - €4600 per maand. - 25 vakantiedagen en 9,5 ADV-dagen bij fulltime inzet. - Ploegentoeslag bij 2-ploegendienst. - Ruimte voor groei en opleidingen. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Pensioenregeling. - Opleidingsbudget van €1000 per jaar, vrij besteedbaar. - Werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen worde.
