In de theefabriek van JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Joure draait alles op volle snelheid. Machines produceren en verpakken dagelijks enorme hoeveelheden Pickwick-thee. En juist daarom zoeken wij mensen die hun hoofd koel houden wanneer het tempo omhoog gaat. In de theefabriek van JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS werk je in een 3-ploegendienst en zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat miljoenen Nederlanders iedere dag kunnen genieten van een kop Pickwick-thee. Heb jij technisch inzicht, ben je stressbestendig en houd je ervan om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou. Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker niet noodzakelijk.

Wat ga je doen?

Als operator in de theefabriek ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een soepel productieproces. Je houdt meerdere machines in de gaten, grijpt snel in wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment controleer je de kwaliteit van het product, het volgende moment los je een storing op of schakel je met collega's om een lijn weer optimaal te laten presteren.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van productiemachines; - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine technische storingen; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het productieproces; - Uitvoeren van controles en registreren van productiedata; - Overdragen van belangrijke informatie aan de volgende ploeg; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het proces; - Werken volgens de hoogste veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
