The posting

Wil jij werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar tempo, kwaliteit en techniek samenkomen? Als operator snij/inpak zorg jij ervoor dat vers brood op de juiste manier wordt gesneden en verpakt. Je werkt met moderne machines, houdt het proces goed in de gaten en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor verzending. Heb je nog geen ervaring met brood of inpakken? Geen probleem, je wordt goed ingewerkt!

Wat ga je doen? Als operator snij/inpak ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk onderdeel van het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het brood netjes wordt gesneden en volgens de juiste richtlijnen wordt verpakt.

Je stelt de machines in, controleert de werking en houdt tijdens de productie goed in de gaten of alles blijft verlopen zoals het hoort. Zie je een afwijking? Dan stuur je bij of onderneem je actie. Kleine storingen probeer je zelf op te lossen en bij grotere problemen overleg je met je collega's of teamleider.

Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.900 en €3.450 op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een fulltime functie van 38 uur per week, waarbij 30 tot 38 uur bespreekbaar is; - Werken in een 3-ploegendienst; - 8,33% vakantiegeld en pensioenopbouw vanaf dag één; - Een afwisselende functie waarin je werkt met moderne productiemachines; - Goede begeleiding en de mogelijkheid om het vak van operator verder te leren; - Gratis toegang tot de Adecco Academy met meer dan 350 online trainingen.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken bij onze opdrachtgever in Emmeloord, een professionele bakkerij waar dagelijks veel verschillende broodproducten worden gemaakt en verpakt. De afdeling Brood & Specialiteiten speelt hierin een belangrijke rol.

Als operator snij/inpak zorg jij ervoor dat het brood na productie netjes wordt verwerkt en klaar is om naar supermarkten door heel Nederland te gaan. Je werkt samen met collega's in een omgeving waarin de productie continu doorgaat en waarin goed samenwerken belangrijk is.
