Job Description Werken in een familiaire werkomgeving én bijdragen aan innovatieve oplossingen? Dat kan als Operator bij ICL in Terneuzen. Je voert panel- en fieldwerkzaamheden uit, bewaakt complexe installaties en zorgt ervoor dat onze productieprocessen optimaal verlopen. De producten waaraan je werkt, vinden hun weg naar toepassingen zoals brandveiligheid, energieopslag en andere essentiële industrieën. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Operator bij ICL in Terneuzen ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse uitdagende installaties in de chemische procesindustrie. Deze installaties zijn belangrijk voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, zoals inkt voor bankbiljetten en farmaceutische ontvetters. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst (2-2-2), waarbij je zowel vanuit de controlekamer als hands-on in het veld opereert. Dit maakt je werk lekker dynamisch. Samen met een collega bewaak je vanuit de controlekamer het proces via grote schermen en stuur je indien nodig bij in het veld. Kortom, jouw rol als Operator draait om procesbewaking, het waarnemen van afwijkingen en het zelfstandig oplossen van storingen, eventueel met ondersteuning van de Technische Dienst. Benieuwd naar hoe jouw dag als Operator eruit kan zien? Het team Als Operator maak je deel uit van een team van 8 personen per ploeg: 6 operators, 1 ploegleider en 1 assistent-ploegleider.
