Functieomschrijving Als Operator stuur je 2-3 medewerkers aan en zorg je voor een soepel proces. Je stelt machines in, bouwt ze om en lost kleine storingen op. Je werkt in twee shifts (06:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00) voor 32-36 uur per week. Jouw belangrijkste taken als Operator bestaan uit: - Toezicht houden en sturing geven. - Kwaliteit waarborgen. - Veiligheidsregels naleven en werkplek schoonhouden. - Productienorm behalen en storingen oplossen. - Af- en aanvoer van materialen en grondstoffen.
