Als Montage Medewerker / Operator Karrelijn kom je terecht in de productieomgeving, een wereldleider op het gebied van broedmachines. Jouw specifieke taak is essentieel, maar vlot aan te leren: je staat in voor het assembleren van de transportrekken die in de broedmachines worden geschoven. Je monteert onder andere de wielen en zet de metalen structuren in elkaar. Dit is fysiek basiswerk in een vaste, rustige nachtploeg (van 21:00 uur tot 05:00 uur), waardoor je overdag kunt genieten van je vrije tijd.

  • Beschikbaarheid: Je kunt opstarten vanaf 3 augustus en wil uitsluitend in de vaste nachtploeg (21u - 5u) werken.
  • Vaardigheden: Je hebt technisch inzicht voor eenvoudig montagewerk (ervaring is een plus, geen must).
  • Attitude: Je bent betrouwbaar, punctueel en kunt goed zelfstandig werken.
  • Fysieke conditie: Fysiek repetitief werk (rechtstaan, tillen van lichte tot middelzware onderdelen) is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Taal: Je hebt een goede basiskennis van het Nederlands (of Engels) in functie van de veiligheidsinstructies.
  • Montage: Het correct en efficient monteren van wielen en andere onderdelen op de rekken.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Visueel controleren of de rekken stevig en volgens de normen zijn gemonteerd.
  • Beheer van de werkplek: Je houdt je eigen montagepost ordelijk en veilig.
  • Rapportering: Het signaleren van eventuele materiaaltekorten of defecten aan de ploegchef.
