Jobomschrijving

Wat zal je doen als stanser:

  • Instellen, bedienen en coördineren van de stansmachines is jouw taak;
  • Je gaat ook omstellen en eerste lijn onderhoud verrichten en bij complexe storingen ga je de monteurs assisteren;
  • Jij zorgt voor een efficiënt en veilig procesverloop en je levert een goed product af;
  • Meedenken over het continu verbeteren van het stans proces en gepast reageren op procesafwijkingen;
  • Je behoudt steeds het overzicht en je wordt graag uitgedaagd om het beste uit jezelf naar boven te halen;
  • Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem. De ene week werk je met de vroege shift (6u tem 14u) van maandag tem vrijdag. De andere week werk je met de late shift (14u tem 22u) van maandag tem donderdag. Je geniet dus altijd van een extra lang weekend!

Welke skills heb je nodig als stanser?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding A2/A3 of je beschikt door werkervaring over een gelijkwaardig kwalificatieniveau;
  • Jij voelt jezelf prettig in een omgeving waar je in teamverband werkt en jezelf kunt blijven ontwikkelen;
  • Je kan goed zelf je plan trekken en je durft initiatief nemen;
  • Jij steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent bereid om in jezelf te investeren door het volgen van opleidingen en cursussen.
