The posting

Graag machines opvolgen en technisch genoeg om kleine problemen snel op te merken? Als Operator Kistenwasserij bedien je de wasstraten, stel je procesparameters correct in en zorg je dat de installatie vlot blijft draaien. Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste als je technisch inzicht hebt en de job wilt aanleren.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een team van vier operatoren en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de kistenwasserij.

• Je bedient en volgt de verschillende wasstraten op

• Je stelt de juiste procesparameters in

• Je registreert de nodige KPI's en productiegegevens

• Je merkt storingen en afwijkingen op en rapporteert ze correct

• Je voert klein onderhoud en schoonmaak aan de installaties uit

• Je houdt de loods en je werkplek ordelijk

• Je werkt volgens duidelijke veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften

Je werkt afwisselend één week van 5u tot 13u en één week van 13u tot 21u. Na je opleiding draai je mee in een beurtrol op zaterdag. Dat is gemiddeld 1 zaterdag op 3. Werk je op zaterdag, dan krijg je tijdens de week een vrije dag.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en leert de werking van machines vlot aan

• Je werkt zelfstandig, efficiënt en nauwkeurig

• Ervaring als machineoperator is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste

• Je kunt werkinstructies, veiligheidsregels en registraties in het Nederlands vlot begrijpen en toepassen

• Je bent bereid om in het voorziene tweeploegenstelsel te werken

• Je kunt na je opleiding 1 zaterdag op 3 werken

Interesse?

Nog geen ervaring als operator, maar wel technisch inzicht en zin om machines te leren kennen? Dan hoeft dat geen struikelblok te zijn. Het uurrooster en de zaterdagregeling liggen bovendien duidelijk vast, zodat je vooraf weet waar je aan begint.
