The posting

Wij zijn voor een betonbedrijf op zoek naar een operator/knoppenman.

Als Knoppenman ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen van de machine en het produceren van betonelementen in de productieafdeling. Om de groeiambities van het bedrijf waar te maken willen ze de productieafdeling versterken. Je houdt ervan om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband zo efficiënt mogelijk te werken met de doelstelling kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten af te leveren aan de klanten. Je houdt van wat variatie in de job. De functie is in dagdienst/vroege met de mogelijkheid dat dit in de toekomst 2 ploegen wordt.

Je taken bestaan concreet uit:

  • Productieplanning lezen.
  • Ploegbaas tijdig informeren voor het aanleveren van nieuwe netten en staven om continu te kunnen blijven produceren.
  • Afstellen van de triltafels in productie.
  • Juiste informatie doorgeven op productieblad en naar de afpakkers.
  • Draagt zorg voor de bewapeningscontrole bij productiewissels; zowel instelling als controle.
  • Controleert de montage van de mallen en corrigeert bij fouten.
  • Bedienen van het controlepaneel en aansturen van de triltafelmedewerkers.
  • Controleert de kwaliteit van het inoliën van de mallen en de positie van de afstandshouders en wapeningsnetten.
  • Plaatst al dan niet samen met de afwerker de bewapeningsnetten in de mal.
  • Egaliseert het door de kubel in de mal gestorte beton en schept gemorste beton op van de grond.
  • Schuurt het betonoppervlak van de mal handmatig af en zorgt dat het gehele oppervlak egaal afgewerkt is en vrij van gaatjes. Controleert ook het afschuurwerk van zijn team.
  • Draagt zorg voor orde en netheid aan zijn machine en zorgt ervoor samen met zijn team dat het de werkomgeving en werkmateriaal proper blijft.
  • Coördineert de werken van zijn team bij afkeur bepaald door de afwerker.
  • Besturen van de machine zowel tijdens productie als voor onderhoudswerken.
  • Lost kleine storingen aan de triltafel en palletlift onmiddellijk op en verwittigd de ploegbaas van storingen welke hij niet eenvoudig en snel kan oplossen.
  • Neemt initiatief tijdens stilstanden en deelt nuttige taken uit aan zijn teamgenoten.
  • Vult het productieblad nauwkeurig in.
  • Uitvoeren van andere werkzaamheden volgens de instructies van de ploegbaas productie.

Het bedrijf is op zoek naar volgend profiel:

  • Kan taken zelfstandig uitvoeren en is in staat een ploeg van een 5-tal medewerkers aan te sturen (enkele jaren ervaring in het aansturen van een ploeg is een pluspunt).
  • Werkt efficiënt en kan ook anderen aansporen om efficiënt te werken.
  • Gaat steeds nauwgezet te werk met aandacht voor details. Je wil de dingen graag juist doen.
  • Gedreven met een passie voor kwaliteit en continu verbeteren.
  • Een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Bij voorkeur technische bagage door scholing of gelijkwaardig door ervaring als technisch operator/technieker.
