Als Operator Krattenwasser ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productie- en logistieke proces. Schone kratten zijn nodig om producten veilig en hygiënisch te kunnen verwerken en vervoeren. Je zorgt ervoor dat de krattenwasinstallatie goed blijft draaien en dat er voldoende schone kratten beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij houd je niet alleen de machine in de gaten, maar ook de kwaliteit van het eindresultaat. Je werkt samen met collega's van de productie en logistiek. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat het proces soepel verloopt en dat er veilig en hygiënisch gewerkt wordt. Dit is wat jij gaat doen Je werkzaamheden kunnen onder andere bestaan uit: - Bedienen en instellen van de krattenwasmachine volgens de geldende werkwijze. - Aanvoeren van gebruikte kratten naar de krattenwasser. - Controleren of kratten op de juiste manier door de machine worden verwerkt. - Controleren van de gereinigde kratten op vuil, beschadigingen en andere afwijkingen. - Opnieuw reinigen of apart zetten van kratten die niet goed schoon zijn. - Signaleren en melden van storingen en technische problemen aan de installatie. - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige controles en handelingen bij kleine storingen. - Zorgen voor een goede aan- en afvoer van kratten tijdens het productieproces. - Stapelen en gereedzetten van schone kratten voor verder gebruik. - Schoonhouden van de krattenwasinstallatie, de werkplek en de directe werkomgeving. - Controleren en aanvullen van benodigde reinigingsmiddelen volgens de geldende werkwijze. - Veilig en zorgvuldig werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en deze tijdig melden bij ...
