Voor een warme, familiale KMO in de kunststofsector zijn we op zoek naar enthousiaste operatoren die willen meedraaien in een 3-ploegensysteem. Deze onderneming begon ooit als een kleinschalige eenmanszaak, maar groeide uit tot een toonaangevende speler in de branche – gekend om haar innovatieve aanpak en doorgedreven focus op kwaliteit.

Hun missie? Die is al sinds dag één onveranderd: het leveren van hoogwaardige kunststofproducten op maat van de klant. Dankzij continue investeringen in technologie en procesverbetering blijven ze vandaag nog altijd vooruitstrevend in sectoren zoals de medische, cosmetische en verpakkingsindustrie.

  • Je stelt de productiemachines in volgens de vooropgestelde specificaties en productieplanning
  • Je bewaakt een vlotte productiestroom door kwaliteitscontroles uit te voeren en snel in te grijpen bij storingen
  • Je werkt steeds volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen voor een veilige en nette werkomgeving
  • Je denkt mee met het team en zoekt actief naar verbeteringen om nóg efficiënter te produceren
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe dingen op te pikken
  • Flexibel ingesteld en collegiaal in je aanpak
