Functieomschrijving Salaris: €2.800 - €3.817 Wil je werken aan een nieuwe kunststofsorteerinstallatie en écht impact maken op recycling en duurzaamheid? Je bent vanaf de bouwfase betrokken en helpt de installatie van project naar operationele fase te brengen. Na opstart werk je in een compact team van circa 4-6 collega's en draai je in een tweeploegendienst (ochtend en middag). Je bedient, bewaakt en optimaliseert processen, pakt storingen op en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan centraal. Je volgt noodzakelijke trainingen en behaalt benodigde certificaten om veilig en verantwoord te werken. Dit is een hands-on rol voor een praktische operator die van aanpakken weet. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en stuurt de kunststofsorteerinstallatie om een stabiele, veilige en efficiënte productie te garanderen. - Je voert omstellingen en procesaanpassingen uit en optimaliseert instellingen om productkwaliteit en doorvoer te verbeteren. - Je neemt proces- en productmonsters, analyseert resultaten en rapporteert afwijkingen direct aan de hoofdoperator. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit, reinigt installaties en bereidt preventief onderhoud voor volgens procedures. Functie-eisen - MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau of aantoonbare gelijkwaardige werkervaring in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie met procesinzicht en aantoonbaar probleemoplossend vermogen. - Ervaring met werkvergunningen, LOTOTO en 5S/6S of de bereidheid deze systematiek snel te leren. - Bereidheid om certificaten te behalen zoals heftruck, hoogwerker, shovel, NEN 3140 en BHV waar nodig.
